3. Pricing & Payment Terms

4. Order Process
Quotation → Sample approval → Bulk production. Lead time depends on order size and customization requirements.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We offer international shipping via DHL, UPS, FedEx, and sea freight. Shipping charges and responsibilities are outlined in the quotation. Estimated delivery timelines are provided for each order.
6. Returns & Refunds
- Custom-made items are generally non-refundable.
- If MULTYPROS delivers totally damaged or incorrect items, a full refund or replacement will be provided.

All designs, logos, patterns, and samples provided by the client remain the property of the client. MULTYPROS may not use client designs for any other purpose without permission.

- We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including force majeure events.
