Where we inspect — and why

Quality isn’t one inspection at the end. It’s checked at four separate points before an order ever reaches the carton.

Fabric inspection

Every roll is checked before cutting — shade consistency, GSM, flaws and width, so a bad roll never reaches the cutting table.

In-line QC

Inspectors positioned on the sewing line catch stitching and construction issues as they happen, not after the fact.

Final inspection

AQL-based sampling on finished units — measurements, colour, trims and function, checked against your spec sheet.

Pre-shipment audit

Full carton count, packing check and documentation review before the order is cleared to leave the factory.

The Inspection Standard

AQL 2.5 — on every order, no exceptions

We inspect against Acceptable Quality Limit 2.5, the standard buyers ask for most, using ANSI/ASQC Z1.4 sampling.
