Two Ways To Work With Us

OEM or ODM — you choose how much we design.

Both roads end at the same production floor. The difference is who holds the pen at the start.

You bring the design

OEM Manufacturing

  • You supply the tech pack, patterns or a sample garment
  • We source fabric and trims to your exact spec sheet
  • We cut, sew, finish and pack under your brand label
  • Best for brands with an in-house design team
  • Full ownership of the design stays with you
We bring the design

ODM Manufacturing

  • Choose a base style from our existing catalogue
  • Our in-house designers adjust fit, fabric and trims for you
  • Faster route to market — no pattern-making from zero
  • Best for new or smaller brands without a design team
  • Lower minimums to start, your label still goes on it
One Roof, Six Stages

What happens inside the factory

Every order moves through the same six stations — nothing is subcontracted out of sight.

01

Fabric sourcing

Yarn and fabric ordered or milled to your GSM, composition and colour.

02

Pattern & grading

Digital pattern-making and size-set grading to your measurement chart.

03

Cutting

Fabric relaxed, spread and cut in bulk with under 2% wastage.

04

Sewing

Line production with in-process checks after every operation.

05

Print & embroidery

Screen print, DTF, embroidery and heat transfer, done in-house.

06

QC & packing

AQL 2.5 inspection, folding, poly-bagging and carton marking.

Order To Delivery

How a production run actually moves

Five checkpoints, start to finish. You approve at every one before we move forward.

1

Consultation & costing 1–2 days

Share your tech pack, reference sample or rough idea. We quote per-unit cost and confirm MOQ.

2

Sample development 7–12 days

We build a physical sample for fit, fabric hand-feel and construction approval before bulk starts.

3

Bulk fabric & trims 10–15 days

Once the sample is signed off, we lock fabric, buttons, zips, labels and packaging to spec.

4

Production run 15–25 days

Cutting, sewing, printing and finishing on the factory floor, with in-line quality checks.

5

Inspection & shipping 3–5 days

Final AQL inspection, packing to your carton spec, then handover to your forwarder.
