2. Order & Payment

• All custom orders require advance payment as discussed during quotation.
• Prices are subject to change depending on materials, customization, and quantity.
• We accept payments via bank transfer, Western Union, or other agreed-upon methods.
• Final invoice reflects total order value minus any sample charges already paid.

3. MOQ & Samples

Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) starts at 10 pieces per design. Samples are available upon request. Charges for samples are deducted from the final invoice once a bulk order is confirmed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship globally using reliable courier services. Shipping charges and timelines depend on your location and order size. Tracking information will be provided upon dispatch.

5. Returns & Exchange

• Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items.
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery with photo proof.
• Customized items are non-refundable unless there's a production fault.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
